MASSAGE THERAPY
Massage therapy is one of the many ways we support whole-person wellbeing at Alchemy Lounge. Whether you're seeking relief from pain, recovery from physical stress, improved mobility, or simply time to recharge, our therapists work with you to create a personalized experience that supports your health goals.
Our massage team brings together seasoned practitioners with decades of experience and committed to exceptional care. Together, they offer a diverse range of therapeutic techniques and specialty modalities, including Lomi Lomi, Manual Lymphatic Movement, Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, and more.
As part of our integrative approach to wellness, massage may be combined with complementary services such as halotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, Reiki, sound therapy, or coaching to create a personalized path toward greater health, balance, and vitality.

Barbara Yamrich, LMT, CLT
PA License: MSG008271
Barb brings more than 25 years of experience in therapeutic massage and integrative bodywork. A graduate of the Health Options Institute in Bethlehem, PA, she is a licensed massage therapist
in Pennsylvania and a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Barb is also a Karuna Reiki Master (Infinity Reiki Masters, New Hope, PA) and is cross-certified as a Certified Lymphatic Therapist through the internationally accredited Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. Barb’s approach to bodywork is intuitive and deeply supportive. Trained in a broad range of modalities—including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Thai Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Myo-Skeletal Release, Passive Stretching, Lymphatic Movement, Shiatsu, Lomi Lomi, and Ayurvedic techniques—she seamlessly blends multiple techniques into a single session based on what the body needs. While clients are welcome to request a specific style, Barb’s preferred approach is to “let it flow,” allowing her extensive training to guide a customized and transformative experience. Over the years, her work has taken her into spas, hotels, yoga studios, gyms, and physical therapy settings. This diverse background includes hands-on experience with warm and cold stone therapies, body wraps, hot towel and steam treatments, herbal and clay applications, castor oil packs, and energy balancing practices such as Reiki and Polarity. Before massage therapy, Barb owned a successful art-focused restaurant in Jim Thorpe for 13 years. Following burnout and illness, her personal search for healing led her to naturopathic medicine and eventually to therapeutic massage—an unexpected turning point that sparked a new path in holistic wellness. She often reflects on that shift as a true transformation, one that shaped not only her career but also her purpose. Barb continues to explore ways to weave her love of natural healing, food, and wellness into her future studies—envisioning a path where nourishment and integrative therapy come together.
