All Levels Flow

Class time: Sunday 10:30 AM | Friday 8:30 AM | $15

**Starting September 7, 2025

Kelly's all level Yoga class focuses on foundational yoga postures (asanas) held for extended periods, with a strong emphasis on proper alignment, breathwork (pranayama), and mindful movement. You will have a short, guided meditation in the beginning and end of class as well as grounding before entering your first asana. This class welcomes all levels! Expect to spend time in each pose to fully connect with your body and breath. Kelly cannot wait to meet you on your mat.

Kelly has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. More recently, she dedicated over 300 hours on her mat, deepening her practice and earning her 200-hour YTT certification. With a Hatha/vinyasa style she integrates meditation and grounding into her classes, ensuring a balance between inner and outer work. She is currently pursuing certifications in restorative yoga and sound healing to expand her offerings.

A natural empath and healer, Kelly has a deep passion for helping others. She is currently working toward her MSW at Millersville University, with the goal of incorporating yoga into her future practice as a Mental Health Therapist. She believes that movement and stillness are essential for connecting the physical and mental bodies and has personally experienced the transformative benefits of yoga, including increased flexibility, strength, improved posture, balance, and reduced stress and pain.

Kelly is grateful for the opportunity to guide others on their wellness journeys and make a meaningful impact in their lives. When she's not on her mat, she enjoys paddleboarding, snowboarding, white-water canoeing, mountain biking, camping, and traveling to the beach with her family.

Ashtanga Yoga

Class time: Tuesday 6:30 PM | $15

**Starting November 18, 2025

Rooted in the Ashtanga Yoga tradition, this 75-minute class blends mindful breath, dynamic movement, and focused alignment to build strength, flexibility, and inner balance. Incorporating asanas from the Primary Series, each class reinforces the foundations of the Ashtanga method—breath (ujjayi pranayama), bandhas (energy locks), drishti (focused gaze), and asana (posture).

While suitable for all levels, some prior yoga experience is recommended to support comfort with the flow of practice. Throughout the series, the eight limbs of yoga are woven into each class, inviting students to explore yoga beyond the physical postures. This holistic approach cultivates awareness, discipline, and mindfulness—guiding practitioners to deepen their practice and connection to yoga, both on and off the mat.

Please bring your own mat; blocks and straps are available at the studio to support your practice. Shelby is excited to share the Ashtanga yoga method and practice with you!

Shelby is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and a practitioner of Ashtanga yoga since 2014. While yoga had long been part of her life, it wasn’t until she discovered Ashtanga that her practice truly deepened — she was hooked from her very first class. Seeking greater presence and contentment in a fast-paced world, Shelby completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2024, along with First and Second Degree training in the Usui System of Reiki Healing.

For Shelby, yoga is more than movement — it’s a grounding practice that continually shifts her mindset and brings her back to balance. She is passionate about sharing yoga as a tool for self-discovery, mindfulness, and joy, and looks forward to a lifetime of learning and growth on the mat.

Outside of yoga, Shelby is an Occupational Therapist who loves traveling, reading, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and relaxing at home with her cats.
