
Beginner's Grounding Flow

This class introduces the foundational practices of Hatha Yoga, guided by the principles of the Yamas & Niyamas. A gentle, supportive practice designed for those new to yoga or looking to deepen their foundational awareness. We move slowly, focusing on breath, alignment, and connecting movement to sensation. This practice emphasizes the basics of asana and intention setting, encouraging a reconnection to self through awareness and self-care. All levels are welcome.
Tina Giaccio is a yoga teacher and creative guide who leads with a deeply maternal presence, inviting students to meet themselves exactly where they are with compassion and awareness. With over a decade of training in Hatha, Yin, Restorative yoga and a Reiki Master I & II. Her teaching is rooted in intuitive movement, breath, and the body’s natural wisdom.

Join Theresa Mondays at 6:30 pm for an all-levels Vinyasa practice. Each week we will focus on something new to bring us back to oneness. Let’s Breathe, Move, and Meditate together to create balance.

Theresa Moore has been practicing yoga since the early 1990s and teaching since 2015. She is a 600-hour + certified teacher with advanced training in Kundalini yoga, chakra dance, Thai yoga, and Ayurveda. Former owner of Peaceful Journeys Yoga Studio (2015–2024), Theresa has taught in studios, festivals, corporate settings, and nature spaces, and currently teaches at a fitness center and Beltzville State Park.
Her approach blends mindful movement, breathwork, and holistic wellness, creating classes that are accessible and grounding for all. Off the mat, Theresa enjoys life on her small farm with her family, caring for animals, gardening, cooking, and painting.

Children's Yoga
Children’s yoga classes are personalized to meet the developmental needs of each age group. All children are able to participate, no matter their skill or experience level. Classes may include singing, storytelling, games, breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation, yoga poses, and most importantly—fun!
