Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all guests, Alchemy Lounge requires a deposit or prepayment for certain bookings:

Deposits and Payments for Appointments:

  • Appointments made by phone require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of booking.

  • Most appointments made online will require full payment at the time of booking.

  • Deposits and prepayments will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellations:

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may transfer the deposit or payment to a future appointment or receive a refund if requested.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit or payment.

No-Shows:

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the deposit or payment will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.
