In the beginner's meditation class, expect guided sessions focusing on breath awareness and mindfulness practices. Sessions typically include structured instruction, guided meditation, and reflection. You'll learn breathing techniques for concentration and relaxation, explore present-moment awareness through body scans and sensory exercises, and receive practical tips for creating mindful habits. Sound Meditation in the Salt Room

What to expect:

Relax in our serene environment with dim lighting and a salty aroma. The session typically begins with deep breathing exercises, followed by the gentle, resonant sounds of the singing bowls, which help to induce relaxation and meditative states. The salt room's atmosphere may enhance respiratory health and promote a sense of calm, while the vibrations of the singing bowls aim to balance energy and reduce stress. Participants often lie down or sit comfortably, letting the sounds and salty air create a soothing, immersive experience.

Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditations

What to expect:

Introduction to Singing Bowl classes are offered quarterly providing an opportunity for a comprehensive exploration of Tibetan Singing Bowls in a 90-minute session. Participants learn about their history, types, and the therapeutic benefits they offer. This hands-on session allows you to practice playing different bowls, understanding their tones and vibrations.


Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation Sessions may be offered.  These sessions provide a serene 60-minute experience. Set in a tranquil environment, you relax deeply while immersing yourself in the soothing sounds of the bowls. These sessions aim to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being through the therapeutic resonance of the bowls.
