A welcoming, non-instructional meditation gathering for all levels. This is not a class—there is no expectation of experience, technique, or outcome. Participants are invited to sit in quiet presence, with optional gentle prompts or reflection themes for those who appreciate a starting point. Time for personal journaling may be included. Sharing is optional. This group offers a supportive space to slow down, go within, and practice meditation in community.
What to Bring
Please bring anything you need to be comfortable sitting for the duration of the meditation, such as a meditation cushion, chair, yoga mat, blanket, or layers. A journal and pen are recommended for personal reflection. Comfort and ease are encouraged.
