In this class, you’ll be introduced to the Pai Lum family style of Tai Chi. Each session follows a traditional, structured flow designed to support personal growth and enhance strength, focus, and balance in mind, body, and spirit. Students begin with the Pai Lum Tai Chi short form and may choose to progress into advanced practice, exploring self-defense applications and additional forms. Classes are led by Brandy Frey, a 4th-generation adopted granddaughter in the Pai Lum lineage and a 2nd Higher Level practitioner in Kung Fu and Tai Chi.
