In this class, you’ll be introduced to the Pai Lum family style of Tai Chi. Each session follows a traditional, structured flow designed to support personal growth and enhance strength, focus, and balance in mind, body, and spirit. Classes are led by Brandy Frey, a 4th-generation practitioner in the Pai Lum lineage and a 2nd Higher Level practitioner in Kung Fu and Tai Chi.
