What is Children’s Yoga?
Children’s yoga classes are personalized to meet the developmental needs of each age group. All children are able to participate, no matter their skill or experience level. Classes may include singing, storytelling, games, breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation, yoga poses, and most importantly—fun!

Parents must stay during the class to support their child.

No photos or videos are allowed during the class to respect the privacy of all participants. Parents must agree to this policy with online registration or by signing a paper form in person.

Meet Your Instructor: Rachel
My name is Rachel, and I have been a Pre-K teacher for 17 years. I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, and while I can teach adults, I have a special passion for working with young children. Each class is designed to meet the developmental needs of the specific age group. I look forward to getting to know you and your child!
