This 8-week journey introduces the principles of Five Seasons Qigong through movement, breathwork, meditation, and seasonal awareness practices. Many of the Qigong sets taught are rooted in the Pai Lum family style Kung Fu curriculum. Each class is designed to help cultivate balance, vitality, grounding, stress relief, and mental clarity while developing a consistent personal practice. Welcoming to beginners and supportive for experienced practitioners.
