MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. The lymphatic system plays an essential role in fluid balance and immune function by helping transport excess fluid, proteins, and cellular waste away from tissues.

This specialized therapy uses light, precise movements to support healthy lymphatic flow and may be beneficial for individuals experiencing swelling related to lymphedema, lipedema, chronic venous insufficiency, injury, surgery, or other conditions affecting the lymphatic system. It may also promote relaxation and a sense of lightness and comfort.

Barb Yamrich, LMT, CLT specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is provided by Barbara Yamrich, LMT, CLT, a Certified Lymphedema Therapist who completed advanced training through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. Her education includes the internationally recognized Foeldi Method of Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), regarded as the gold standard in conservative lymphedema management. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
