Inspiration for Alchemy Lounge
Brandy Frey brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership experience, and heartfelt purpose to her role as founder of Alchemy Lounge. With a background in clinical laboratory science and healthcare compliance, she spent many years working in demanding healthcare environments where quality, precision, and compassionate care were essential.
Like many professionals in high-responsibility roles, Brandy often placed the needs of others ahead of her own well-being. The pace and pressure of healthcare made it easy to push through stress and exhaustion without taking time to pause and restore. Over time, she came to understand how quickly burnout can take hold—and how important it is to create space for restoration before reaching that point.
That realization became the inspiration for Alchemy Lounge. Brandy envisioned a place where people could slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and peaceful environment. Every element of the space—from the services offered to the practitioners who share in its mission—is thoughtfully chosen to help guests feel comfortable, cared for, and confident they are in capable hands.
Today, Brandy continues to guide the experience at Alchemy Lounge with the same attention to detail, hospitality, and commitment to well-being that shaped her years in healthcare. Her work is grounded in a simple belief: when people feel supported, valued, and given the opportunity to pause, meaningful transformation becomes possible.
The Buildout
The process was long and did not always go smoothly, but here we are after all this sweat equity! I tried to find all the pictures and found that, in all the hustle, we forgot to take pictures of so many steps in the process.
