Fascia Stretch Therapy™

A pain-free, table-based assisted stretching technique that creates space in your joints to access a deeper range of motion.  It is slow and intentional, working directly with your nervous system - not against it - targeting the fascia (connective tissue) surrounding your muscles and joints.  It improves mobility, releases restrictions, and restores how your body moves and feels.

Morgan Sterling

Morgan is deeply passionate about helping others feel strong,
supported, and at home in their bodies. With a background in personal
training, nutrition, and holistic health, she takes a natural, whole-body
approach to pain relief, movement, and recovery.

She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Fascial Stretch Therapy Practitioner through the Stretch to Win Institute —bringing both clinical knowledge and hands-on expertise into every session. 


Morgan is the creator of the Stretch + Strength Method—a unique approach that combines fascia stretch therapy with strength and stability principles to help the body not only release tension, but sustain lasting results. 

 

As both an athlete and practitioner, Morgan understands how the body adapts to stress, injury, and everyday life. Her sessions are personalized and intentional, supporting both the physical body and nervous system—so clients leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and more connected to their strength.


Her philosophy is to release what’s tight and strengthen what supports.

Fascia Stretch Therapy Sessions

Intro Package | New FST Clients Only | $297 (Discounted from $340)

This three-session series allows me as your practitioner to fully assess  and understand your body’s movement patterns.  Designed for anyone who needs a strategic approach for their body - not random stretching. After three sessions, we'll clearly determine if FST is the best long-term plan for your body.

1st Session - 90 Minutes

2nd/3rd Sessions - 60 Minutes ** Must use within two months of first session.

60 Minute Performance Session | $100
The 60 minute session is dedicated to a full-body assisted stretch. It is designed to restore joint mobility, relax the nervous system, and improve performance. Ideal for general tightness, in-season athletes, and hypermobile clients needing controlled mobility work.

90 Minute Movement Intensive | $140
A deeper, more comprehensive session. Includes additional time for assessment, neuromuscular repatterning, and targeted fascia release.
May also include body-specific strengthening exercises to improve instabilities and weaknesses throughout the body.

 

  • Phase 1 — Restore: Fascial stretch therapy and mobility work to open restricted areas.

  • Phase 2 — Stabilize: Targeted strength activation to support new movement.

  • Phase 3 — Integrate: Breathwork and movement awareness so the body remembers the change.

30 Minute Focused Maintenance | $60
Focused work on one primary area (hips, glutes, shoulders, low back, etc.). Best for maintenance between full sessions.

Three-Session Mobility Package | $270 (Discounted from $300) This package is ideal if you are committed to utilizing the method of Fascia Stretch Therapy in your wellness routine. Consistent and consecutive FST sessions will enhance your mobility and continue in the restoration of your nervous system. Consists of three one-hour sessions.

Prior to your first visit, you’ll be asked to complete our Consent and Intake Forms. You’re welcome to arrive 10–15 minutes early to fill them out in person, or print and complete them ahead of time to bring with you.
